To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
